Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Rytain account or using rytain.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Rytain provides software for marketing agencies to manage clients, content, proposals, tasks and billing. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must be authorized to upload any client data you put into Rytain.
• You will not use Rytain for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

4. Plans, trials & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Taxes are added where applicable.
• Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Failed payments may result in your workspace being paused.

5. Your data

You own your workspace data. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

6. AI output

AI-generated content is provided as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or sending to clients.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime from billing settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On cancellation you can export your data for 30 days.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Rytain is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
