Refund Policy

14-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from billing settings.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel at least one other tool in your stack within 30 days of moving to Rytain and you're not happy, we'll refund your first month — no questions asked. Email billing@rytain.com within 30 days of your first paid invoice.

Monthly & annual plans

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Annual plans: prorated refunds are available within the first 30 days of the annual term.
• After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the term ends.

Add-ons & credits

AI credit top-ups and one-time add-ons are non-refundable once consumed. Unused balances stay in your workspace as long as your account is active.

How to request a refund

Email billing@rytain.com from the email on your account. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
