1. Who we are

Rytain ("we", "us", "our") provides an operating system for marketing agencies. This policy explains what data we collect when you use rytain.com and the Rytain app, and how we handle it.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, agency name, role.
• Workspace data: clients, briefs, tasks, proposals, calendars and files you create in Rytain.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser info, IP address.

3. How we use it

• To run and improve the Rytain product and your workspace.
• To process payments and send billing receipts.
• To respond to support requests and send important service notices.
• With your consent, to send product updates and marketing.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features, the relevant prompt and context (such as a brief or task) is sent to our AI providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not allow your workspace data to be used to train third-party foundation models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors needed to run Rytain (hosting, database, payments, email, AI providers) and when required by law. We never sell your data.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to the minimum staff required and audited.

7. Your rights

You can access, export or delete your workspace data at any time from settings, or by emailingprivacy@rytain.com.
