Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage to make Rytain work.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, workspace state. Rytain does not work without these.
  • Preferences: remember your theme, sidebar state, and last-used filters.
  • Analytics: aggregated, privacy-respecting product analytics so we can fix bugs and improve features. No cross-site advertising profiles.

3. Third parties

Some pages embed services (e.g. payments via Razorpay) that may set their own cookies. Their use is governed by their own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to Rytain.
